Visits and actions
The counter records de-identified events: page visits, opening projects and contacts, playing videos and preparing emails. It uses no cookies or browser storage. Events include the page path, language, referring domain and limited campaign labels. Form fields and full URLs with parameters are excluded. For daily visit estimates, the server processes the network address into a daily rotating technical code; the counter does not store the IP address itself. Daily estimates are not an exact count of individual people across a period.
Submitting the form
When you select “Send request”, your name, company, contact details and task description are sent to the SI Automation server to save your request. The language, page path without parameters and a technical submission identifier are also sent to prevent duplicate records. Include only details needed to discuss your task.
Receiving your request
A request is received once the server confirms success. SI Automation uses the information to respond and discuss your task. If email notifications are enabled, they contain only the request number and a link to the protected area; form fields are excluded. If you email us directly, delivery and storage also depend on your email service.
Technical logs
The hosting service may retain technical request logs, such as the time of access, requested page and IP address. The contents and retention period of these logs depend on the hosting configuration.
